I think she is just looking a little dehydrated at the moment from her travels

so it's hard to see the beautiful array of colors this variety produces

If I were buying one for myself this is the one I would choose. Each of her heads look to be completely mature and she looks abundantly healthy, but sometimes depending on the farm this cultivar ships a little dehydrated.
